This service is for brand new wigs with fresh, unused lace only. Closure wigs do not require to be dropped off before. All frontal and 360 wigs must be dropped off at least three (3) business days before your appointment to allow proper customization. If the wig is dropped off late and the stylist does not have enough time to customize in advance, a same-day lace customization fee may apply, depending on the situation. If customization cannot be completed ahead of time, you will not be charged extra on the day of your appointment; however, please be prepared for up to one additional hour added to your service. Quick weaves are a protective style designed for versatility and a seamless finish. Closures are NOT required to be dropped off before your appointment. For services that include a frontal, the frontal must be dropped off at least 3 business days prior to the appointment for customization. If the stylist is unable to complete customization due to timing, no additional charges will apply. If the required drop-off timeframe is not met, a same-day customization fee may apply, depending on availability.
